At Drishya India, on-time delivery is one of our top priorities. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you as timely and smoothly as possible, without compromising on our commitment to sustainability.
To reduce our environmental impact, we use 100% biodegradable and recyclable courier bags, along with paper based packaging materials, to ensure your order is both packed with love and environmentally responsible.
Shipping Rates
We have a standard shipping rate for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Processing Time
Our processing time depends on your order. For ready to ship pieces, the processing time is typically between 3 to 5 business days. For on demand and customised pieces, please allow a processing time of 6 to 15 business days, as these products require additional time for tailoring and quality checks. If you would like to request faster processing, you can let us know and we will be happy to fast track your order at no extra cost if possible. Kindly note that processing durations may be slightly longer during peak shopping seasons or when we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your shipping destination. Standard ground shipping for ready to ship pieces is typically 3-6 business days. For on-demand and customised pieces delivery will take 3-6 business days post processing period. Delivery times may also vary for certain pin codes.
Shipping Restrictions
There are certain locations we are unable to deliver to, as some pin codes remain unserviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, especially for prepaid orders, we will notify you at the earliest and process a hassle free full refund for your order.
Shipping Damage or Loss
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, in the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with our courier partner to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
