Since our karigars hand make every piece to avoid overproduction and be kinder to the planet, our standard processing time is 6–15 days. Most orders however, are shipped before this timeframe. Since your piece moves directly to the production unit once you place your order to be made entirely by hand, we don’t offer cancellations. This policy helps protect the work of our karigars, prevent overproduction, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery to all our customers.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, a live tracking link will be directly sent to your email by our delivery partner.
We understand that clothes can look different on each body type and sometimes things just don't work out, which is why we offer both returns and exchanges. For more details, check out our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Our sizing may feel different because at Drishya, we’ve designed our size chart to include a wider range of body measurements. We believe everybody deserves clothes that fit well and feel great, so we always recommend checking the actual measurements in our size chart before placing your order, rather than going by the size you usually wear elsewhere.
Yes, you can! Just choose the closest standard size and add your measurements in the customisation box while placing your order and we’ll tailor make it for you at no added cost.
You can update your address as long as the pincode stays the same. If the new address has a different pincode, we’ll need to have the order returned and reship it once we receive it. An additional shipping charge will apply, which depends on whether your order was prepaid or COD. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We’re happy to help make this process as smooth as possible for you.
We currently ship only across India, but we’re planning to start international shipping very soon. We will keep you updated on our instagram handle.
Most of our sold‑out pieces are restocked regularly. Certain garments however, are dropped only once during our launch and not restocked to maintain exclusivity. To avoid missing limited drops, you can keep an eye out for our new collection releases.
To reduce waste, avoid mass production, and produce ethically, each piece is designed and made by hand with close attention to detail only after you place your order.
