Refund policy

 

We handmake each piece with utmost love and care, ensuring your requests are heard. But we understand that clothes can look different on every body type and sometimes things just don’t work out, which is why we offer both returns and exchanges. Our policies are designed to make the experience as smooth and hassle-free for you as possible while respecting the craftsmanship of our karigars at the same time. Please review our Return and Exchange policy below:

Exchange & Returns

We accept exchange and returns for most items within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@drishyaindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9900729877, providing your full name,  order number, reason for the return or exchange, and relevant pictures for proof. Our team will respond within 16–24 hours to guide you through the next steps. Please note:

• The initial shipping cost paid is non-refundable since it has already been used up.

• Returns and exchanges are subject to a pickup and drop cost of ₹110. For exchanges, this amount must be paid in advance, while for returns, it will be automatically deducted from your refund. 

• In case of an exchange, the replacement will be shipped after the originally delivered item is received and passes our quality check to ensure that it’s unused and in original condition.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund (after applicable deductions) will be issued to your bank account once we receive the returned item. You will be notified as soon as your piece reaches us and the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sarees, as each mul mul cotton saree is handwoven by our karigars and mul cotton saree is block printed by hand once you place your order. Since making them requires significant time, effort, and craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our sarees. This helps us protect and respect the time and work our karigars put in.

• Custom-made pieces, as they are made specially for you as per your requirements and are manufactured on-demand and can’t be repurposed.

• Clearance sale items.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. As soon as your order is confirmed, it moves directly to our production unit where our karigars begin working on it. Cancellations not only lead to wastage but also disrupt the workflow of our production team, delaying dispatch timelines for other customers.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our website or make purchases, you agree to the revised policy.
